Most small business owners are on a treadmill (trust me, I know!). As soon as the cash is in the door, it’s spent. Constant stress of finding the next client. Hiring is difficult enough to get someone, let alone keep them.

In addition, when you’re ready to retire, most businesses struggle to find a buyer, because they weren’t setup to sell. It’s too owner dependent, which decreases the value to a buyer.

Therefore, unless there is someone you’d like to pass the business on to, all the hard work that was built is sold for pennies on the dollar or simply dissolved.

My goal is that we find a reasonable valuation that works for both of us. I invest capital (always for a minority stake - you still have control).

Then, we then build a true asset that can be sold down the road for a fair market valuation and an attractive buyer - funding your retirement. Along the way, both of us participate in increased cash flow and predictable distributions.

I can bring experience in hiring, setting up software, leveraging remote talent, systems, and even A.I. I also bring education from a top 10 MBA program, hands-on experience, networks, and as mentioned, capital to fund operations and give you room to breathe.

It’s also nice to bounce ideas and strategy with a partner. Entrepreneurship can be lonely.

In truth, not every business is a fit and there is a due diligence process (always done under NDA), but I hope to learn more and see if we can work together
